Manvel: Short on stop lights, big on football

From the Pearland Journal:
When it was learned that Alvin, Manvel and Pearland were placed in District 22-5A Wednesday morning, the earth didn’t exactly shake.
Jaws didn’t drop, eyes didn’t bulge.

There’s certainly no such thing as a foregone conclusion where realignment is concerned, but this came pretty close.
Very few plots, even less sub-plots.

However….there are two major storylines.
